David is a member of the All Party Save the Pub Group and they met recently with the newly appointed Pubs Minister John Healey. Greg Mulholland MP is the Chair of the group, he along with other member’s of the group wanted to meet with John Healey to discuss their concerns over the current state of the pub industry and what the future holds.

I was invited recently to write an article for the RMT. The RMT is the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers and is Britain's fastest growing trade union. It has more than 80,000 members in almost every sector of the transport industry, from mainline and underground rail to shipping and offshore, buses and road-freight.
