Many constituents write to me for help with opposing a planning application near their home. Though I may have a view on a particular planning application, I am unable to get involved with it in any way, I’m afraid.

My first representative role was as a Borough Councillor in Stevenage so I reckon to know a thing or two about new settlements.

A lot of us are increasingly aware of the 'credit crunch'. I wanted to let you know about an advice leaftet that I have heard about from the Rt Hon Caroline Flint MP the Minister for Housing and Planning.
